Wake Me Up When September Ends Tutorials with Music Tabs


This is YISHIEN LAI here. You will be familiar with this name if you'd subscribed my YouTube account. I am so excited to share my blog and Kalimba cover for you. I also keep my promise to provide my Kalimba tabs/sheets/note/chords or whatever you called it. This is my first attempt to create a Kalimba tabs. I hope you guys find it easy to understand and inspire your interest about Kalimba.

Next, I would like explain how to read the tabs:
1.) R=Right thumb, L=Left thumb
2.) Each box = 1/8 beats
3.) 1 box contain 2 or 3 notes means play together in 1 beat.(See the following tutorial video)
4.) Sometime you need to cross over your right thumb to left side of the Kalimba or vice versa

  7. Hi Jennie, How do you get the dots above the numbers in your tabs? I searched the internet, but can't seem to find anything about this.

    1. Sorry for late reply. I do my tab by using Microsoft Words. The boxes and dots can find at the tools. Dots: Insert > Equation > Accent.
